Abstract

The new countryside is the new duty during the 11th 5-year-plan,which is the new development of argriculture,countryside,farmer policy in this period.The rural education plays an important role in the process of constructing new countryside and solving it will bring a huge significance.At present rural education is quite weak,there are a lot of problems in many aspects.The rural education is the first task which is forward to be solved.So we need the sprite of longing for the reality and truth.
