Research on Full-Text Search of Personnel Documents Resource

Abstract

Researching on two kinds of full-text search technology currently popular,such as Lucene based engine and SQLServer embedded full-text search function component Microsoft Search,corresponding search functions are implemented and respective performance is tested and compared.According to the research outcome,Lucene engine has strong expansibility and good index/search efficiency;can add/remove records dynamically;Lucene based full-text search has better performance than Microsoft Search.
