During the process of finance deepening the realistic predicament of national student loan is closely related to the policy preferences of state-owned commercial bank which take both finance supporting and marketing as their value orientation.Constrained by such double objectives and try for their balance,the state-owned commercial banks usually lay emphasis on the application of the former objective while the latter one at its gradually enhanced direction.Therefore,in order to promote the development of national student loan policy,it is necessary to innovate the institution since the approach to reduce those banks' risk by risk sharing and try to solve the problem of loan stint that lacks actual effect.
