Abstract
How to enhance the actual effect of moral education in universities under the new situation is a practical problem facing moral education in universities.The solution to this problem relies on the joint effort of university,families and society and should be implemented through such aspects as fostering the advancing-with-time concept of moral education,building up perfect moral education system,constructing scientific content system for moral education and innovating ways of moral education.
