Abstract

Objective To investigate the fluvastatin in patients with essential hypertension endothelium-dependent vasodilation, and to explore its mechanism, clinical diagnosis and treatment of new ideas and methods. Methods All 120 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into group A(fluvastatin)and B(diltiazem)of the 60 cases, respectively, before starting treatment and 6 months after the detection of two blood pressure, blood lipids, and vascular endothelial function changes.Replacement of the 40 cases of normal healthy persons over the same period as the healthy control group. Results After 6 months of treatment,A group of blood pressure reduction was more obvious than in group B(P0.05).A group of TC,TG,LDL-C significantly was lower than those in group B,and HDL-C was significantly higher than in group B(P0.05).A group of FMD after treatment changed significantly(P0.05),and close to normal control levels(P0.05),while group B had no obvious improvement of FMD before and after treatment(P0.05),still significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).NME before and after treatment both groups showed no significant improvement(P0.05),and compared with the control group, both groups did not meet the normal control group, the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion High blood pressure patients using fluvastatin in addition to blood pressure, lipid lowering, but also significantly improve vascular endothelial function in patients for future hypertension, vascular endothelial function and clinical research mechanism provides a further basis for guidance.
