Practice and Exploration of the Connection between Secondary and Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Local Vocational Education System——Taking Huzhou Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Constructing new vocational education system,which adapts to structure layout of the regional economy and requirement of industry upgrading,is an inevitable trend for the local vocational education development.According to the present situation of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education in Zhejiang,and combined with the theories and practice home and abroad,at the same time,taking the practice of Huzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper proposes a creative concept,specification,training mode and the safeguard mechanism of cultivating high-quality workers and skilled personnel,based on the starting point of connection between secondary and higher vocational education from the perspective of constructing a modern local vocational education system.
