Scientific development is a people-oriented view of development and comprehensive coordination and sustainable development in accordance with the requirements of the scientific development.Its essence is to achieve a sound and fast development and meet the needs of the growing material and cultural demand and properly handle social contradictions.In the new century and new stage,we must start from the characteristics of China's economic and social development,following the requirements of adhering to the people oriented concept,changing the development concept,innovating development mode and improving development quality.We must put effectively the economic and social development into the track of overall coordination sustainable development.
