The scientific concept of development is the practice of summing up China's development experience and draw lessons from foreign development concept,based on the concept of development to achieve the four major changes: from matter-centre development to human-centre development;from the only economic development concept to the social undertakings developed in an all-round way;from the spontaneous development concept to the coordinated development of the concept;never concept of sustainable development to sustainable development concept.
