Abstract
PAC-membrane bioreactor was used for micro-polluted raw water treatment. The result shows that the removal rate for COD_(Mn), ammonia nitrogen, and turbidity is averaged at 59.4%, (93.5%), and 99.6% respectively. The treated water quality is about the same as that by the conventional treatment/(ozone)/activated carbon process with the advantages of no coagulant required and decreased chlorine dosage.
