Abstract
The effect of frozen storage of pig semen was studied in the semen diluent, thawing solution and thawing rate. The results showed that in eight semen diluents, the sperm motility rate after thawing of frozen semen manufactured with semen diluent I was(33±1.2)% which was significantly higher than that of other semen diluents(P0.05);the sperm motility rate after thawing with the thawing solulion V was(34±2.4)% which was very sighificantly higher than that of the thawing solution Ⅰ,Ⅲand Ⅳ(P0.01) and the sperm survival time of them was 506.6±40.4h which was very significantly higher that of the thawing solution Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ(P0.01).The each sperm parameter after thawing was the best when the thawing rate was 27.5%.
