A result will be caused by these that the development model,the market structure and the incentive mechanism of the new energy industry will be under pressure to a long-term adjustment. Therefore,the development of the new energy industry in Shandong province should adopt a pattern ofgovernment leading,market operation and citizen involvement,improve the market environment and the decision-making mechanism, innovate technology policy and incentive mechanism, improve the institutional framework and regulations system,give full play to the decisive role of the market and promote great-leap-forward development of the new energy industry in Shandong Province with the guiding of the government policy system,innovation and improve of the regulatory system.
