Abstract

JIANG Ze-min proposed basic premise as admission of world's diversity sallying forth from fundamental interests of Chinese and world people in accordance with economic globalization after the Cold War and epoch trend of peace and development under the tendency of world multipolarity and initial requisition.Provided with the theoretical manual for constructing the harmonious world based on mutual respect,reserving differences and the diplomatic ideology on the common wealth.
