Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum Cystatin C(Cys C)and urine microalbumin(UmAlb)in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide(AOPP).Methods A total of 159cases of AOPP patients were divided into mild group for 60cases,moderate group for 53cases and severe group for 46cases and detected for serum Cys C and UmAlb levels 1,3and 5days after admission.50healthy subjects were enroll as control group. Results Serum Cys C and UmAlb levels in patient groups at admission were significantly higher than control group.Oen day after treatment, serum Cys C and UmAlb levels in patient groups reached peak value, which then were decreased.Five days after treatment, serum Cys C and UmAlb levels in patient group decreased significantly. Conclusion Serum Cys C and UmAlb might be with fine consistency, combined detection of which could be with obvious clinical significance for monitoring early impairment of renal function.
