Abstract

Using single-factor experiment H008 strai(Streptomyces laidensis),the fermentation medium composition was optimized,through its insecticidal effect of fermentation products,determining that the optimal fermentation medium was:corn starch 5.0%,yeast extract 1%,α-amylase 0.3%,defoamer 0.05%,pH 7.5±0.05.
