Abstract
In order to meet the needs of users,the roles of cloud-based novelty assessment of in novelty assessment of medical and health literature were analyzed by making use of the cloud computing concept,including improvement of literature novelty assessment,alleviation of novelty assessment pressure,conduction of creative work.The related problems needing to be solved in cloud-based novelty assessment of were discussed according to the status quo in novelty assessment of medical and health literature.
