Improving Management of Archives for Structure Reforms of Personnel System of College

Abstract

From the personnel divisons point of view,the methods to improve the management of archives are proposed. The scientific and timeliness properties are main characteristics of management of archives. Centralized management is necessary,but management in normal times is more important. The research and devolepment of archives are significant. Furthermore,the archives should be a weatherglass which reflects effects of our works.
