Abstract

In order to design a signal generator which has simple structure and excellent performance,AT89C51 was used as the control core of the signal generator. The signal generator could generate sine wave, square wave, triangle wave and sawtooth wave when it was simulated in Proteus, the frequency and the amplitude of the output signal could be set easily. The output waveform of simulation in Proteus has low degree of distortion and high purity of frequency spectrum.
