Abstract

As an important type of cultural heritage,ancient village is an outstanding sample of human wisdom and natural environment.It is of great value in history,aesthetics and scientific research.Ancient villages in west Beijing consist of more than 30 villages,most of which have been or will be developed.This paper takes Chuandixia village as an example,firstly comments on its heritage resources,then points out the problems of its tourism development,finally gives some suggestions on the development of it.
