Abstract

Aim: To study related dietary factors and other risk factors of hyperlipidemia. Methods: A case-control study had been used. The general condition, food taking frequency, blood lipids were investigated in cases and controls, respectively. Group t-test for independent-sample or χ 2 -test, homogeneity test were used in simple factor analysis. Logistic regression analysis was used in multi-correlation analysis. Results: The simple factor analysis showed there was no significant difference in smoking, age, sex, blood glucose, and family history between the two groups (P0.05). The ratio of drinking in hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.01).Intake of eggs and splachnic foods in hyperlipidemia group were significantly higher than those of control group (P0.05).Body mass index(BMI) of hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI and intake of peanut oil were risk factors to hyperlipemia( OR1, P0.05), but intake of eggs was a protective factor(OR1, P0.05). Conclusion: In order to prevent and control hyperlipemia, the intake of total energy especial foods with high energy should be controlled to lower weight.
