Abstract
The digestive enzyme activities of 4 alimentary organs in acipenser sinensis were measured. The activities of amylase and protease were from high to low: pylorus intestinal tract stomach liver. The activities of lipase were from high to low: intestinal tract stomach liver pylorus. The activities of amylase and protease in pylorns of acipenser sinensis were ralatively high, while the lipase had almost no activity, amylase in liver had almost no activity. The activities of protease and lipase in liver were comparatively were very low. The activities of the enzymes in intestinal traet were all high. While the activities of the enzymes in stomach were in medial level.
