Abstract
This work investigated the digestive enzyme activities in the main digestive organs of Trionyx sinensis during hibernation.Six four-year-old turtles with the mean body weight of 672.25 g were sampled with stomach,liver and gut,and the activities of protease,lipase,amylase were studied.The results indicate that protease,lipase,amylase were found in stomach,liver and gut.The protease activities in midgut and foregut are higher than that in hindgut,no significant difference was found within midgut and foregut(P0.05);The lipase activities in gut were highter than that in stomach and liver;the amylase activities in gut is higer than that in stomach and liver,no significant difference was found within the gut(P0.05).
