On Political Civilization and Construction of Law Ruling

The report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has officially advanced the concept of political civilization and Three Civilizations Construction,ie.the construction of political civilization,material civilization and spiritual civilization.Political civilization involves law ruling,which is the important component and fundamental sign of political civilization.It is hard to construct political civilization without strengthening rule of law.To administer the country according to law is the inevitable demand and great breakthrough in political civilization construction.It also marks that we are making significant progress in political construction.Therefore,we take such an important measure to construct a well-being society comprehensively and initiate a new prospect for the cause of Chinese Socialism.
