Political Civilization Structure and the Harmonious Development of It

The standard of progress and achievement of the interactive relationship among all social classes, stratums, parties and beneficial groups; the principle of dealing with these relationships; the acting process and the rules that obeyed is called political civilization. It is an organic unity of political system civilization, political ideology civilization and political action civilization. As a result, in order to push forward the construction of Chinese political civilization, the following three aspects are worth considering for us to select the paths: political system civilization, political ideology civilization and political action civilization. By expanding democracy and implementing the rules by law so that we can make the three develop evenly and improve as a unity.
