Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of lung disease by percutaneous biopsy under CT guidance. Methods 960 patients: left lung 471 cases ,right lung 489 cases. To analyze the data of all the patients who had undergone percutaneous puncture biopsy. Results The puncture biopsy is 92.91% successfully. The lung cancer in 653 cases, metastatic tumor in 24 cases, tuberculosis in 179 cases and inflammation in 77 cases. Conclusion Percutaneous puncture biopsy in lung under CT guidance is a safe procedure which can provide precise diagnoses.
