Abstract

Objective Analysis drug withdrawal reason,strengthen the drug management and guide clinical rational drug use.Methods According to our refund medicine list in the first half of 2012,statistics drug withdrawal amount,category,reasons,,and analysis drug withdrawal reason.Results Each department were drug withdrawal;The main category of withdrawal drugs was antibiotics and chinese native medicine preparation;Main reasons for drug withdrawal were medicai advice,adverse reaction,etc.Conclusion According to the Drug Withdrawal reason,formulate relevant policies and procedures for the safety of drug use.
