The paper points out the contract management of the construction projects is the important means and effective method for maintaining better economy order,analyzes the common problems in the current contract management,and combines with primary exploration for the effective channels for improving the effective channels for the contract management,and points out some feasible suggestions,so as to fit for the market needs.
