The main reasons that we accomplish institutional transformation are:(1)Coping properly with the relation between reform,development and stability lay a foundation for institutional transformation.(2)The policy of incremental reform promotes institutional transformation.(3)The combination of interal system reform and exteral system facilation accelerate the process of institutional transformation.(4)Forced reform and guided reform guarantee the fullfilment of institutional transformation.(5)Well\|functioned government shorten institutonal transformantin's process.(6)Reform Ideology provides thought foundation to the institutional transformation.Analyse and research of those reasons contribute to ours reviewing and summing up of the enperience of China's reform and benefit to insights of further reform.
