Abstract
30 years of economic reform has resulted in establishment of a new system of socialist market economy.With the historical transformation from establishment to perfection of socialist market economic system,the tasks,the motives and ways of reforming our economic system have undergone changes accordingly.Completion of this transformation is a major research topic we are to undertake to further our progress in reform.
