Abstract
This article analyses information technology innovation on the importance and necessity,and in the library for enterprise development information services,establish a virtual enterprise as a platform to study the new model,providing an enterprise development of information technology capacity,the new product development of the information analysis and research and other enterprise technical innovation information service conception.
