Abstract

The GDS strains of Beauveria bassiana isolated from the natural susceptible lepidoptera larva was tested against the third instar Plutella xylostella larvae in laboratory The results showed that the Beauveria bassiana had certain effect to diamondback moth, the corrected mortality was 80.5%, 61.0%, 26.9% and 17.1% in the 108conidia/mL, 107conidia/mL, 106conidia/mL and 105conidia/mL, respectively. Toxicity egression equations was y =0.631 1x +0.776 9,correlation coefficient 0.986 9, and LC504.68×106conidia/mL.
