Abstract
In order to optimize the conditions for the alcohol extraction of paeoniflor in Jianganle granules.With the paeoniflor content as index,orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence factors,including the concentra-tion of alcohol,the extracting time and the amount of alcohol.The optimum process was 10 times of 70% alcohol,extracting 2 times and 2 hours each time.The process is efficient,stable and suitable for determination of paeoniflor of Jianganle granules.
