Abstract
This article analyzes the formation,development,and content of Li Hong-zhang's major diplomatic thoughts,touches upon another aspect of this thought,as well as on whether he bore the blame for someone else.Based on his important diplomatic practice this author points out that Li Hong-zhang was a representative of the diplomacy of humiliation of the late Qing Dynasty.
