Abstract
Regional water environment quality assessment becomes an important and basic work in water resources protection. The article briefly introduces the theory and application of TOPSIS. Aiming to improve the existing problems of the uncertainty in determining index weights and relative close method not fully reflecting the good or bad of the objectives in traditional TOPSIS, the article advances to apply entropy weight method and improved relative close method in environment quality assessment and multi-objective decision analysis, which can make the assessment more objective and reasonable. the article use the improved Topsis to evaluate Wenyu River Water Environment Quality.
