Existing Problems in the Reform of the Rural Land Property Right System and Countermeasures

The reform of the rural land property right system can benefit the change of the agricultural operation mode,carry forward the process of the urbanization construction,relieve the conflict caused by the insufficient capital for the rural construction,and move forward to safeguard the rights of so many farmers.The status of the reform in China was analyzed.However,in the course of the reform of the rural land property right,there exist some problems,for example,the rural land property right is not clear,the assessment of the land on the stock market is not scientific,the relevant supporting systems are not perfect,and the rural land resource circulation is not smooth.Several countermeasures were put foward,such as:the governments at all levels have to make active explorations to improve the land property right confirmation and registration work,establish the scientific and normative land resource price assessment system,perfect the legal person registration system,increase the subsidies,optimize the tax relief policy,construct the diversified rural financial system,build and improve the market for the rural land resource transfer.
