Observation on efficacy of Shuganning injection for postoperative obstructive jaundice

Objective To explore the effect of Shuganning infection for postoperative obstructive jaundice on jaundice fading,liver function reviving and immune function regulating.Methods Patients were divided into therapeutic group and control group randomly,of whom 85 patients in therapeutic group received routine treatment and Shuganning injection,76 patients in control group received routine treatment alone.Evaluating the efficacy by examining serum level of ALT,TBil,DBil,ALP and CD4+ T cell,CD8+ T cell,CD4+/CD8+,NK cell after two weeks treatment and database were processed with T-test and χ2-test.Results The serum level of ALT,TBil,DBil,ALP decreased significantly in therapeutic group compared with control group(P 0.05),cure rate and CD4+ T cell,CD4+/CD8+,NK cell in therapeutic group were higher than that in control group(P 0.05),but CD8+ T cell was not significantly different between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusions Shuganning injection has significant effect on reducing transaminase,jaundice fading,protecting liver cells and improving immunity for postoperative obstructive jaundice.
