Abstract

Objective Analysis of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia tension-free repair effect. Methods Selected in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011for 90 patients with inguinal hernia, patients and their family members consent were divided into observation group and control group, each group with 45 cases in each. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia tension-free hernioplasty, controls the open tension free inguinal hernia repair. Two groups of patients with successful operation, postoperative recurrence, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay were compared. Results The patients in the observation group operation success rate was 100﹪,1 cases of postoperative recurrence in patients with.Patients in the control group the success rate of the operation was 100﹪,2 cases of postoperative recurrence in patients.Comparison between two groups, there was no significant difference in P 0.05,comparable to the observation group;the amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative hospital stay was significantly better than the control group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative hospital stay. The two groups have significant difference,P 0.05,with statistical significance. Conclusion Laparoscopic total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia tension-free repair for less bleeding during operation, postoperative hospitalization time is short, for patients with minor trauma, postoperative recurrence rate in clinic.
