Abstract

Starting from geologic conditions of middle and shallow lithologic reservoirs, development course of seismic exploration technique in the northern part of Songliao basin,thin inter-bedded reservoir prediction theory,method and application effect in the recent ten years has been systematically analyzed and summarized. A lithologic reservoir fine exploration method,named“five forming an organic whole”,including“high resolution 3D seismic,high resolution sequence stratigraphy, high resolution sedimentary facies study,high resolution reservoir prediction,high resolution reservoir description”,is put forward. And the paper points out that when the high resolution 3D seismic acquisition technique,high-fidelity 3D seismic processing technique,high resolution spectral decomposition technique is combined with high efficiency,flexible 3D visualization technique,high resolution sequence stratigraphy,and sedimentary microfacies,a new era of lithologic reservoir seismic exploration in Songliao Basin will arrive.
