Abstract

Objective To study the treatment results of knee osteoarthritis with arthroscopy.Methods Fifty-five patients with knee osteoarthritis underwent a arthroscopy from March in 2005 to August in 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were followed 28 months in average.46 patients were released from pain,with restoration of function and range of motion.The Lysholm knee score of postoperative was significant higher than preoperative(P0.05).Conclusion The use of arthroscopy may provide for a minially anvasion and a good curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
