Abstract
[Objective]To understand the doctor's smoking-related behavior and tobacco control capacity,and to provide a basis for the development of intervention strategies.[Methods]In accordance with multi-stage sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 501 front-line hospital doctors conducted.[Results]Overall smoking rate was 24.18%,current smoking rate was 18.52%;smoking rate of these males was 33.99%,the surgeon smoking rate was 30.03%,59.57% of smoking doctors smoked when at work;84.27% of the doctors will ask the conditions of the patient's smoking;but only 2.18% of the physicians gave the patient quit smoking drug.Multivariate analysis showed:gender,work experience,education and job title related with the doctors' smoking behavior.[Conclusion]Smoking status of doctors is more serious,it is difficult to play an exemplary role,strengthening doctor's tobacco control behavior and skills' training is an important part in promoting doctors' tobacco control acts.
