Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect in the treatment of gynecological mycoplasma infection with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods 105 patients were selected, and randomly divided into two groups. The control group only received erythromycin enteric-coated capsules and gatifloxacin therapy, while the observation group was on basis of control group and given Chinese medicine decoction. Effect of two groups were compared. Results After different treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than the control group of 76.9%(x2=4.901, P=0.027). The recurrence rate of observation group was 7.5%, which was significantly lower than the control group of 25.0%(x2=5.892, P=0.015). The two groups were no adverse reaction. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can significantly improve the mycoplasma infection patients, promote the rehabilitation of the disease, reduce the recurrence rate, and is worthy of promotion.
