Effect of Danhong injection on treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Danhong injection on treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UPA).Methods:A total of 90 cases of UAP patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in experimental group were treated by Donhong injection.After 12 weeks,endothelial function related indicators(FMD,ET-1and NO level),electrocardiogram changes,and miocardial infarction recurrence rate were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the indicators of vascular endothelial function were significantly improved than those before treatment(P0.05);In the experimental group,the situation of ischemia myocardial were improved markedly,major coronary accident were decreased obviously.Conclusion: Danhong injection can improve indexes relative to vascular endothelial function,decrease the rate of major coronary accident and improve the quality of life.
