Study on Restraint Factors and Strategies of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements Transformation

Many factors restrict agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation,such as the unsmoothness of the system of agricultural scientific research,the impetus of scientific and technological achievements shortage,its own constraints of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,the insufficiency of the needs of farmers for agricultural scientific and technological achievements,the weakening of functions of agricultural science and the system of agro-technical popularization and so on.In order to improve the transformable and contributive efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,it is urgent to strengthen government guide,optimize the structure of agricultural scientific research,enhance the demand of farmers and intensify the systems of agro-technical popularization.Moreover,New Trinity agricultural technology system of agricultural research,education and popularization should be constructed.
