The Reinforcement Measures of Transformation of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements

This paper aims to summarize the characteristics and achievements of agricultural science and technology.Effective measures to promote the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements have been put forward.On the basis of literatures review,the authors hold that although China's agricultural science and technology had made considerable progress,there were still many shortcomings,such as the low conversion rate.In order th change this situation,it is necessary to improve the usefulness of agricultural science and technology project,to make sound policies and regulations,to improve farmers' ability in putting the agricultural scientific and technological achievements into practice,to clear channels of the achievements,to establish and improve agricultural risk investment mechanism and to increase the protection of agricultural science and technology to create an innovative nation on the strategic level,and to better serve the local economic development
