Abstract
The article research on the transfer laws of long jump and triple jump technical performance quality with the methods of documents and materials,comparison and analycis.The result shows that there are a lot of common factors transferring each other between two projects;and the positive transfer is obvious and there are the difference and interaction in the technological aspect.By applying the principle of skill-transfer and Sport performance and Competitive ability to the training of athletes in long jump and triple jump and emphasizing the speed and strength,the athlete's achievement will be better.
