Abstract
n-Butyl Lactate was synthesized from Lactic acid and n-butyl alcohol in the presence of sodium sulfate monohydrate. The yield of the ester could reach 98.6% when the ratio of lactic acid, n-butyl alcohol and sodium bisulfate was 1∶3∶0.002,refluxing and water segregating for 2h.The catalyst can be reused.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
