Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of elective PCI on left ventricular systolic function at different stage of AMI.Methods 120 cases with MI were divided into 3 groups and PCI was performed in the three groups during 10 days to 2 weeks,1 month to 2 months and 3 months to 1 year, respectively. The data of LV systolic function(WMIS,EF,LVED,E/A) by UCG 6 months before and after PCI were detected in order to evaluate LV systolic function and to contrast the data among the groups. Results The date were obviously different among 10 days~2 weeks group,1 month~2 months group and 3 months~1 years group. But there was no significant difference between 10 days~2 weeks group and 1 months~2 months group. Conclusion The accomplishment of elective PCI can improve LV systolic function and prognosis in the patients with AMI in 1 months after MI.
