Problems and Solutions in Logistics Talent Development

Abstract

As third profit source,logistics has more and more impact on economic development.However,the lack of logistics talent development has become a bottleneck.The problems in logistics talent development were analyzed by inductive method,and present feasible solutions based on the analysis.The solutions are,to design a distinctive personnel training system;to implement a high level Talent Development Program;to improve personnel training conditions;to strength associate with enterprises and to develop more interdisciplinary talents.
