Objective: To summarize experience of clinic al pharmacist taking part in clinical practice in recent 5 years. Met hods: The main content, mode and experience of clinical pharmacist wo rking together with physicians and nurses in clinical ward were summarized. Results: The mode of long-term working in a fixed clinical un it may be a feasible mode of partaking in the clinical practice. Conc lusion: The work of clinical pharmacist should be understood by other staff in hospital, and supported by laws and regulations.
