Experience of Pharmacists Taking Part in Clinical Practice

For many years,our hospital clinical pharmacist system works very well according to the Ministry of Health enacted 《Provisional regulations of pharmacy management in medical institutions》.We have got some achievements and accumulated some experience on the working target,management,requirement,standardization and qualification evaluation methods of clinical pharmacist system.We would like to introduce our experience in this article so as to provide reference for our colleagues.
