Abstract

Based on the analysis of the data measured in-situ,a two-dimensional mathematical model was established, with which the tidal current field, the annual aggredation in the channel of the harbour and the siltation under the condition of typhoon were simulated before and after the execution of the Deep Water Natural Gas Terminal Project. In addition, three schemes of the project are analyzed and explained. All these will provide a basis of tidal current and sediment for the engineering design of the project.
